"Energise Outdoor Fitness is our group program. Each session is designed to give you a full body workout, that is based upon your current fitness level, injuries and health conditions. We offer you full access to 5 sessions a week that will motivate and transform you into a fitter, healthier, happier version of yourself! With qualified personal trainers and instructors in every session.
We pride ourselves on being innovative trainers able to plan variety-packed sessions. We are located conveniently at Johnson Park in Dulwich Hill.
